1) Complete "My Favorites Survey" by November 14th and return it to Mr. P
 
2) Send in photos OR submit photos online (1 for each grade level AND one baby picture) by February 17th
  • Option 1: Put in envelope with your name and give to Mr. P (Write your name on the back of all pictures)
  • Option 2: Submit online here, Username 400133845 Password - Unqua

3) Check your name off our Yearbook checklist in class!
